Warm water check
Comfortable warm, not hot.
SafetyTemperature
Test the water before baby goes in.
Use your wrist or elbow (more sensitive than your hand).
Aim for about 98–100°F (37–38°C). If you’re unsure, go a little cooler.
Re-check if you add more hot water during the bath.
Tip: If your skin turns pink, it’s too hot for baby.
